Through your messengers you taunted the Lord,‘With my many chariots I climbed up the high mountains, the slopes of Lebanon. I cut down its tall cedars and its best evergreens. I invaded its most remote regions, its thickest woods.

Then for your part take an iron frying pan and set it up as an iron wall between you and the city. Set your face toward it. It is to be under siege; you are to besiege it. This is a sign for the house of Israel.

“Son of man, turn toward the mountains of Israel and prophesy against them:

“Son of man, turn toward the south, and speak out against the south. Prophesy against the open scrub land of the Negev,

“Son of man, turn toward Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.

“Son of man, turn toward Gog, of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. Prophesy against him
