Then the eyes of both of them opened, and they knew they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.

Moses saw that the people were running wild, for Aaron had let them get completely out of control, causing derision from their enemies.

My body trembles because I fear you; I am afraid of your judgments.

Let your naked body be exposed! Your shame will be on display! I will get revenge; I will not have pity on anyone,”

that if our conscience condemns us, that God is greater than our conscience and knows all things.
