TSK · Job 40:8

“As surely as God lives, who has denied me justice, the Almighty, who has made my life bitter–

Then Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, became very angry. He was angry with Job for justifying himself rather than God.

Do you really think that one who hates justice can govern? And will you declare guilty the supremely Righteous One,

Against you– you above all– I have sinned; I have done what is evil in your sight. So you are just when you confront me; you are right when you condemn me.

Your treaty with death will be dissolved; your agreement with Sheol will not last. When the overwhelming judgment sweeps by, you will be overrun by it.

Absolutely not! Let God be proven true, and every human being shown up as a liar, just as it is written:“so that you will be justified in your words and will prevail when you are judged.”

What I am saying is this: The law that came four hundred thirty years later does not cancel a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to invalidate the promise.
