Then he instructed them,“I am about to go to my people. Bury me with my fathers in the cave in the field of Ephron the Hittite.

The LORD said to him,“Go through the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of the people who moan and groan over all the abominations practiced in it.”

and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut in the rock. Then he rolled a great stone across the entrance of the tomb and went away.

Sighing deeply in his spirit he said,“Why does this generation look for a sign? I tell you the truth, no sign will be given to this generation.”

They found that the stone had been rolled away from the tomb,

The Resurrection Now very early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone had been moved away from the entrance.
