Crowds by the Sea Then Jesus went away with his disciples to the sea, and a great multitude from Galilee followed him. And from Judea,
Jesus did this as the first of his miraculous signs, in Cana of Galilee. In this way he revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.
He testifies about what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony.
Thus Jesus no longer went around publicly among the Judeans, but went away from there to the region near the wilderness, to a town called Ephraim, and stayed there with his disciples.
