If controversy arises between people, they should go to court for judgment. When the judges hear the case, they shall exonerate the innocent but condemn the guilty.

O LORD, they crush your people; they oppress the nation that belongs to you.

Honesty has disappeared; the one who tries to avoid evil is robbed. The LORD watches and is displeased, for there is no justice.

You have seen the wrong done to me, O LORD; pronounce judgment on my behalf!
