The Plan to Betray Jesus Then one of the twelve, the one named Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests

and Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot,

“Lord,” Judas(not Judas Iscariot) said,“what has happened that you are going to reveal yourself to us and not to the world?”

to assume the task of this service and apostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.”
