Redemption of Vowed Animals“‘If what is vowed is a kind of animal from which an offering may be presented to the LORD, anything which he gives to the LORD from this kind of animal will be holy.

Then the LORD took me from tending flocks and gave me this commission,‘Go! Prophesy to my people Israel!’

For Moses said,‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and,‘Whoever insults his father or mother must be put to death.’

But Peter and the apostles replied,“We must obey God rather than people.
