You make me happier than those who have abundant grain and wine.

as well as wine that makes people feel so good, and so they can have oil to make their faces shine, as well as food that sustains people’s lives.

They no longer sing and drink wine; the beer tastes bitter to those who drink it.

Having suffered, he will reflect on his work, he will be satisfied when he understands what he has done.“My servant will acquit many, for he carried their sins.

How precious and fair! Grain will make the young men flourish and new wine the young women.

I tell you the truth, there are some standing here who will not experience death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”

Then the king will say to those on his right,‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

I tell you the truth, I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.”

Then when he has found it, he places it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

It was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost and is found.’”

Thus I grant to you a kingdom, just as my Father granted to me,

So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you.
