Whoever makes perfume like it and whoever puts any of it on someone not a priest will be cut off from his people.’”

if you reject my statutes and abhor my regulations so that you do not keep all my commandments and you break my covenant–

But the man who is ceremonially clean, and was not on a journey, and fails to keep the Passover, that person must be cut off from his people. Because he did not bring the LORD’s offering at its appointed time, that man must bear his sin.

For my sins overwhelm me; like a heavy load, they are too much for me to bear.

The one who despises instruction will pay the penalty, but whoever esteems direction will be rewarded.

All of us had wandered off like sheep; each of us had strayed off on his own path, but the LORD caused the sin of all of us to attack him.

Consequently the one who rejects this is not rejecting human authority but God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we may cease from sinning and live for righteousness. By his wounds you were healed.
