Many say,“Who can show us anything good?” Smile upon us, LORD!

Take note of the one who has integrity! Observe the upright! For the one who promotes peace has a future.

For they did not conquer the land by their swords, and they did not prevail by their strength, but rather by your power, strength and good favor, for you were partial to them.

You keep completely safe the people who maintain their faith, for they trust in you.

I am the one who gives them reason to celebrate. Complete prosperity is available both to those who are far away and those who are nearby,” says the LORD,“and I will heal them.

“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among people with whom he is pleased!”

I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble and suffering, but take courage– I have conquered the world.”

Eight days later the disciples were again together in the house, and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said,“Peace be with you!”

You know the message he sent to the people of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ(he is Lord of all)–

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in him, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

For he is our peace, the one who made both groups into one and who destroyed the middle wall of partition, the hostility,

And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
