It will so happen that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be delivered. For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who survive, just as the LORD has promised; the remnant will be those whom the LORD will call.
He will assume his post and shepherd the people by the LORD’s strength, by the sovereign authority of the LORD his God. They will live securely, for at that time he will be honored even in the distant regions of the earth.
And they will be like warriors trampling the mud of the streets in battle. They will fight, for the LORD will be with them, and will defeat the enemy cavalry.
may your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of his father David.
Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to settle trivial suits?
he should know that the one who turns a sinner back from his wandering path will save that person’s soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.
