Why do you remain inactive? Intervene and destroy him!

The lazy person does not roast his prey, but personal possessions are precious to the diligent.

Laziness brings on a deep sleep, and the idle person will go hungry.

I passed by the field of a sluggard, by the vineyard of one who lacks sense.

The sluggard has plunged his hand in the dish; he is too lazy to bring it back to his mouth.

He said to them,“It is one of the twelve, one who dips his hand with me into the bowl.
