TSK · Romans 6:4

Suddenly there was a severe earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descending from heaven came and rolled away the stone and sat on it.

Jesus replied,“Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up again.”

But God raised him up, having released him from the pains of death, because it was not possible for him to be held in its power.

We know that since Christ has been raised from the dead, he is never going to die again; death no longer has mastery over him.

But now we have been released from the law, because we have died to what controlled us, so that we may serve in the new life of the Spirit and not under the old written code.

Consecration of the Believer’s Life Therefore I exhort you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice– alive, holy, and pleasing to God– which is your reasonable service.

Now God indeed raised the Lord and he will raise us by his power.

For indeed he was crucified by reason of weakness, but he lives because of God’s power. For we also are weak in him, but we will live together with him, because of God’s power toward you.

and what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe, as displayed in the exercise of his immense strength.

Live in Holiness So I say this, and insist in the Lord, that you no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.

for you were at one time darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live like children of light–

Paul’s Prayer for the Growth of the Church For this reason we also, from the day we heard about you, have not ceased praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

Exhortations to Seek the Things Above Therefore, if you have been raised with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

Masters, treat your slaves with justice and fairness, because you know that you also have a master in heaven.

So, since Christ suffered in the flesh, you also arm yourselves with the same attitude, because the one who has suffered in the flesh has finished with sin,

The one who says he resides in God ought himself to walk just as Jesus walked.
