Certainly the LORD watches the whole earth carefully and is ready to strengthen those who are devoted to him. You have acted foolishly in this matter; from now on you will have war.”

and in the presence of his colleagues and the army of Samaria he said,“What are these feeble Jews doing? Will they be left to themselves? Will they again offer sacrifice? Will they finish this in a day? Can they bring these burnt stones to life again from piles of dust?”

From the place where he lives he looks carefully at all the earth’s inhabitants.

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, keeping watch on those who are evil and those who are good.

When you see this, you will be happy, and you will be revived. The LORD will reveal his power to his servants and his anger to his enemies.
