When Yahweh raised them up judges, then Yahweh was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it grieved Yahweh because of their groaning by reason of those who oppressed them and troubled them.
Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture.
For Yahweh has built up Zion. He has appeared in his glory.
At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy it;

Tear your heart, and not your garments, and turn to Yahweh, your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and relents from sending calamity.
Yahweh relented concerning this. "This also shall not be," says the Lord Yahweh.
God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. God relented of the disaster which he said he would do to them, and he didn't do it.
'After these things I will return. I will again build the tabernacle of David, which has fallen. I will again build its ruins. I will set it up,
