TSK · Job 37:4

In the greatness of your excellency, you overthrow those who rise up against you. You send forth your wrath. It consumes them as stubble.

When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder;

Or do you have an arm like God? Can you thunder with a voice like him?

Yahweh's voice is on the waters. The God of glory thunders, even Yahweh on many waters.
