And he said^H559 unto them, I am a hundred^H3967 and twenty^H6242 years^H8141 old^H1121 this day;^H3117 I can^H3201 no more go out^H3318 and come in:^H935 and Jehovah^H3068 hath said^H559 unto me, Thou shalt not go over^H5674 this Jordan.^H3383

And though this house^H1004 is so high,^H5945 yet shall every one that passeth^H5674 by it be astonished,^H8074 and shall hiss;^H8319 and they shall say,^H559 Why hath Jehovah^H3068 done^H6213 thus unto this land,^H776 and to this house?^H1004

Behold, I am about to build^H1129 a house^H1004 for the name^H8034 of Jehovah^H3068 my God,^H430 to dedicate^H6942 it to him, and to burn^H6999 before^H6440 him incense^H7004 of sweet^H5561 spices, and for the continual^H8548 showbread,^H4635 and for the burnt-offerings^H5930 morning^H1242 and evening,^H6153 on the sabbaths,^H7676 and on the new moons,^H2320 and on the set feasts^H4150 of Jehovah^H3068 our God.^H430 This is [an ordinance] for ever^H5769 to Israel.^H3478

Send^H7971 me also cedar-trees,^{H730 H6086} fir-trees,^H1265 and algum-trees,^H418 out of Lebanon;^H3844 for I know^H3045 that thy servants^H5650 know^H3045 how to cut^H3772 timber^H6086 in Lebanon:^H3844 and, behold, my servants^H5650 shall be with thy servants,^H5650

Whatsoever thy hand^H3027 findeth^H4672 to do,^H6213 do^H6213 [it] with thy might;^H3581 for there is no work,^H4639 nor device,^H2808 nor knowledge,^H1847 nor wisdom,^H2451 in Sheol,^H7585 whither thou goest.^H1980

As for the beauty^H6643 of his ornament,^H5716 he set^H7760 it in majesty;^H1347 but they made^H6213 the images^H6754 of their abominations^H8441 [and] their detestable things^H8251 therein: therefore have I made^H5414 it unto them as an unclean^H5079 thing.

The latter^H314 glory^H3519 of this house^H1004 shall be greater than^H1419 the former,^H7223 saith^H5002 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts;^H6635 and in this place^H4725 will I give^H5414 peace,^H7965 saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635

He^G1565 must^G1163 increase,^G837 but^G1161 I^G1691 must decrease.^G1642

We^G1691 must^G1163 work^G2038 the works^G2041 of him that sent^G3992 me,^G3165 while^G2193 it is^G2076 day:^G2250 the night^G3571 cometh,^G2064 when^G3753 no man^G3762 can^G1410 work.^G2038

And^G1161 I think it^G2233 right,^G1909 as long as^G3745 I am^G1510 in^G1722 this^G5129 tabernacle,^G4638 to stir^G1326 you^G5209 up^G1326 by putting^G5280 you in^G1722 remembrance;^G5280
