The grass^H2682 withereth,^H3001 the flower^H6731 fadeth,^H5034 because the breath^H7307 of Jehovah^H3068 bloweth^H5380 upon it; surely^H403 the people^H5971 is grass.^H2682

Then^G5119 shall^G2046 the King^G935 say^G2046 unto them^G3588 on^G1537 his^G846 right hand,^G1188 Come, ye^G1205 blessed^G2127 of^G3962 my^G3450 Father,^G3962 inherit^G2816 the kingdom^G932 prepared^G2090 for you^G5213 from^G575 the foundation^G2602 of the world:^G2889

to open^G455 their^G846 eyes,^G3788 that^G3588 they may turn^G1994 from^G575 darkness^G4655 to^G1519 light^G5457 and^G2532 from the power^G1849 of Satan^G4567 unto^G1909 God,^G2316 that they^G846 may receive^G2983 remission^G859 of sins^G266 and^G2532 an inheritance^G2819 among^G1722 them that^G3588 are sanctified^G37 by faith^G4102 in^G1519 me.^G1691

And^G1161 every man^G3956 that striveth in the games^G75 exerciseth self-control^G1467 in all things.^G3956 Now^G3767 they^{G1565 G3303} [do it] to^G2443 receive^G2983 a corruptible^G5349 crown;^G4735 but^G1161 we^G2249 an incorruptible.^G862

For^G1063 if^G1487 the inheritance^G2817 is of^G1537 the law,^G3551 it is no more^G3765 of^G1537 promise:^G1860 but^G1161 God^G2316 hath granted^G5483 it to Abraham^G11 by^G1223 promise.^G1860

which^G3739 is^G2076 an earnest^G728 of our^G2257 inheritance,^G2817 unto^G1519 the redemption^G629 of [God's] own possession,^G4047 unto^G1519 the praise^G1868 of his^G846 glory.^G1391

because^G1223 of the hope^G1680 which is laid up^G606 for you^G5213 in^G1722 the heavens,^G3772 whereof^G3739 ye heard before^G4257 in^G1722 the word^G3056 of the truth^G225 of the gospel,^G2098

For^G1063 ye died,^G599 and^G2532 your^G5216 life^G2222 is hid^G2928 with^G4862 Christ^G5547 in^G1722 God.^G2316

And^G2532 for^G1223 this cause^G5124 he is^G2076 the mediator^G3316 of a new^G2537 covenant,^G1242 that^G3704 a death^G2288 having taken place^G1096 for^G1519 the redemption^G629 of the transgressions^G3847 that were under^G1909 the first^G4413 covenant,^G1242 they that have been called^G2564 may receive^G2983 the promise^G1860 of the eternal^G166 inheritance.^G2817

not^G3361 rendering^G591 evil^G2556 for^G473 evil,^G2556 or^G2228 reviling^G3059 for^G473 reviling;^G3059 but^G1161 contrariwise^G5121 blessing;^G2127 for^{G1492 G3754} hereunto^{G1519 G5124} were^G2564 ye called,^G2564 that^G3754 ye should inherit^G2816 a blessing.^G2129

and^G2532 there shall^G1525 in no^G3756 wise^G3756 enter^G1525 into^G1519 it^G846 anything^G3956 unclean,^G2840 or^G2532 he that maketh^G4160 an abomination^G946 and^G946 a lie:^G5579 but^G1487 only^G3361 they that are written^G1125 in^G1722 the Lamb's^G721 book^G975 of life.^G2222
