And the children^H1121 of Dan^H1835 said^H559 unto him, Let not thy voice^H6963 be heard^H8085 among us, lest angry^H4751 fellows^H582 fall^H6293 upon you, and thou lose^H622 thy life,^H5315 with the lives^H5315 of thy household.^H1004

To-morrow^H4279 about this time^H6256 I will send^H7971 thee a man^H376 out of the land^H776 of Benjamin,^H1144 and thou shalt anoint^H4886 him to be prince^H5057 over my people^H5971 Israel;^H3478 and he shall save^H3467 my people^H5971 out of the hand^H3027 of the Philistines:^H6430 for I have looked^H7200 upon my people,^H5971 because their cry^H6818 is come^H935 unto me.

And David^H1732 said^H559 unto his men,^H582 Gird ye on^H2296 every man^H376 his sword.^H2719 And they girded on^H2296 every man^H376 his sword;^H2719 and David^H1732 also girded on^H2296 his sword:^H2719 and there went up^H5927 after^H310 David^H1732 about four^H702 hundred^H3967 men;^H376 and two hundred^H3967 abode^H3427 by the baggage.^H3627

And who will hearken^H8085 unto you in this matter?^H1697 for as his share^H2506 is that goeth down^H3381 to the battle,^H4421 so shall his share^H2506 be that tarrieth^H3427 by the baggage:^H3627 they shall share^H2505 alike.^H3162

Give^H5414 strong drink^H7941 unto him that is ready to perish,^H6 And wine^H3196 unto the bitter^H4751 in soul:^H5315

And^G1161 from^G575 the days^G2250 of John^G2491 the Baptist^G910 until^G2193 now^G737 the kingdom^G932 of heaven^G3772 suffereth violence,^G971 and^G2532 men of violence^G973 take^G726 it^G846 by force.^G726

But forasmuch as^G1161 he^G846 had^G2192 not^G3361 [with which] to pay,^G591 his^G846 lord^G2962 commanded^G2753 him^G846 to be sold,^G4097 and^G2532 his^G846 wife,^G1135 and^G2532 sons,^G5043 and^G2532 all^G3956 that^G3745 he had,^G2192 and^G2532 payment to be made.^G591
