And the land^H776 had rest^H8252 forty^H705 years.^H8141 And Othniel^H6274 the son^H1121 of Kenaz^H7073 died.^H4191

So let all thine enemies^H341 perish,^H6 O Jehovah:^H3068 But let them that love^H157 him be as the sun^H8121 when he goeth forth^H3318 in his might.^H1369 And the land^H776 had rest^H8252 forty^H705 years.^H8141

Behold, a son^H1121 shall be born^H3205 to thee, who shall be a man^H376 of rest;^H4496 and I will give him rest^H5117 from all his enemies^H341 round about;^H5439 for his name^H8034 shall be Solomon,^H8010 and I will give^H5414 peace^H7965 and quietness^H8253 unto Israel^H3478 in his days:^H3117

that the cities^H5892 which Huram^H2361 had given^H5414 to Solomon,^H8010 Solomon^H8010 built^H1129 them, and caused the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 to dwell^H3427 there.

So the realm^H4438 of Jehoshaphat^H3092 was quiet;^H8252 for his God^H430 gave him rest^H5117 round about.^H5439

And in every work^H4639 that he began^H2490 in the service^H5656 of the house^H1004 of God,^H430 and in the law,^H8451 and in the commandments,^H4687 to seek^H1875 his God,^H430 he did^H6213 it with all his heart,^H3824 and prospered.^H6743

When he giveth quietness,^H8252 who then can condemn?^H7561 And when he hideth^H5641 his face,^H6440 who then can behold^H7789 him? Alike whether [it be done] unto a nation,^H1471 or unto a^H3162 man:^H120
