and that ye may teach^H3384 the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 all the statutes^H2706 which Jehovah^H3068 hath spoken^H1696 unto them by^H3027 Moses.^H4872

And it shall be, when he sitteth^H3427 upon the throne^H3678 of his kingdom,^H4467 that he shall write^H3789 him a copy^H4932 of this law^H8451 in a book,^H5612 out of [that which is] before^H6440 the priests^H3548 the Levites:^H3881

This book^H5612 of the law^H8451 shall not depart^H4185 out of thy mouth,^H6310 but thou shalt meditate^H1897 thereon day^H3119 and night,^H3915 that thou mayest observe^H8104 to do^H6213 according to all that is written^H3789 therein: for then thou shalt make^H6743 thy way^H1870 prosperous,^H6743 and then thou shalt have good success.^H7919

And it came to pass, when the kingdom^H4438 of Rehoboam^H7346 was established,^H3559 and he was strong,^H2393 that he forsook^H5800 the law^H8451 of Jehovah,^H3068 and all Israel^H3478 with him.

And they came^H935 to Hilkiah^H2518 the high^H1419 priest,^H3548 and delivered^H5414 the money^H3701 that was brought^H935 into the house^H1004 of God,^H430 which the Levites,^H3881 the keepers^H8104 of the threshold,^H5592 had gathered^H622 of the hand^H3027 of Manasseh^H4519 and Ephraim,^H669 and of all the remnant^H7611 of Israel,^H3478 and of all Judah^H3063 and Benjamin,^H1144 and of the inhabitants^H7725 of Jerusalem.^H3389

For Ezra^H5830 had set^H3559 his heart^H3824 to seek^H1875 the law^H8451 of Jehovah,^H3068 and to do^H6213 it, and to teach^H3925 in Israel^H3478 statutes^H2706 and ordinances.^H4941

Therefore as the tongue of fire^H784 devoureth^H398 the stubble,^H7179 and as the dry grass^H2842 sinketh down^H7503 in the flame,^H3956 so their root^H8328 shall be as rottenness,^H4716 and their blossom^H6525 shall go up^H5927 as dust;^H80 because they have rejected^H3988 the law^H8451 of Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 and despised^H5006 the word^H565 of the Holy One^H6918 of Israel.^H3478

How do ye say,^H559 We are wise,^H2450 and the law^H8451 of Jehovah^H3068 is with us? But, behold,^H403 the false^H8267 pen^H5842 of the scribes^H5608 hath wrought^H6213 falsely.^H8267
