And the God^H430 of Israel^H3478 stirred up^H5782 the spirit^H7307 of Pul^H6322 king^H4428 of Assyria,^H804 and the spirit^H7307 of Tilgath-pilneser^H8407 king^H4428 of Assyria,^H804 and he carried them away,^H1540 even the Reubenites,^H7206 and the Gadites,^H1425 and the half-tribe^{H2677 H7626} of Manasseh,^H4519 and brought^H935 them unto Halah,^H2477 and Habor,^H2249 and Hara,^H2024 and to the river^H5104 of Gozan,^H1470 unto this day.^H3117

And they made^H5414 a proclamation^H6963 through Judah^H3063 and Jerusalem,^H3389 to bring in^H935 for Jehovah^H3068 the tax^H4864 that Moses^H4872 the servant^H5650 of God^H430 laid upon Israel^H3478 in the wilderness.^H4057

to fulfil^H4390 the word^H1697 of Jehovah^H3068 by the mouth^H6310 of Jeremiah,^H3414 until the land^H776 had enjoyed^H7521 its sabbaths:^H7676 [for] as long as^H3117 it lay desolate^H8074 it kept sabbath,^H7673 to fulfil^H4390 threescore and ten^H7657 years.^H8141

Behold, I will stir up^H5782 the Medes^H4074 against them, who shall not regard^H2803 silver,^H3701 and as for gold,^H2091 they shall not delight^H2654 in it.

I have raised him up^H5782 in righteousness,^H6664 and I will make straight^H3474 all his ways:^H1870 he shall build^H1129 my city,^H5892 and he shall let my exiles^H1546 go^H7971 free, not for price^H4242 nor reward,^H7810 saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635

For many^H7227 nations^H1471 and great^H1419 kings^H4428 shall make bondmen^H5647 of them, even of them; and I will recompense^H7999 them according to their deeds,^H6467 and according to the work^H4639 of their hands.^H3027

For thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 Like as I have brought^H935 all this great^H1419 evil^H7451 upon this people,^H5971 so will I bring^H935 upon them all the good^H2896 that I have promised^H1696 them.

In the third^H7969 year^H8141 of Cyrus^H3566 king^H4428 of Persia^H6539 a thing^H1697 was revealed^H1540 unto Daniel,^H1840 whose name^H8034 was called^H7121 Belteshazzar;^H1095 and the thing^H1697 was true,^H571 even a great^H1419 warfare:^H6635 and he understood^H995 the thing,^H1697 and had understanding^H998 of the vision.^H4758
