And I, behold, I have appointed^H5414 with him Oholiab,^H171 the son^H1121 of Ahisamach,^H294 of the tribe^H4294 of Dan;^H1835 and in the heart^H3820 of all that are^H2450 wise-hearted^H3820 I have put^H5414 wisdom,^H2451 that they may make^H6213 all that I have commanded^H6680 thee:

Them hath he filled^H4390 with wisdom^H2451 of heart,^H3820 to work^H6213 all manner of workmanship,^H4399 of the engraver,^H2796 and of the skilful workman,^H2803 and of the embroiderer,^H7551 in blue,^H8504 and in purple,^H713 in scarlet,^H8144 and in fine linen,^H8336 and of the weaver,^H707 even of them that do^H6213 any^H3605 workmanship,^H4399 and of those that devise^H2803 skilful works.^H4284

And all Israel^H3478 heard^H8085 of the judgment^H4941 which the king^H4428 had judged;^H8199 and they feared^H3372 the king:^H6440 for they saw^H7200 that the wisdom^H2451 of God^H430 was in him,^H7130 to do^H6213 justice.^H4941

And thou,^H607 Ezra,^H5831 after the wisdom^H2452 of thy God^H426 that is in thy hand,^H3028 appoint^H4483 magistrates^H8200 and judges,^H1782 who may judge^H1934 all^H3606 the people^H5972 that are beyond^H5675 the River,^H5103 all^H3606 such as know^H3046 the laws^H1882 of thy God;^H426 and teach^H3046 ye him that knoweth^H3046 them not.^H3809

For to the man^H120 that pleaseth^H2896 him^H6440 [God] giveth^H5414 wisdom,^H2451 and knowledge,^H1847 and joy;^H8057 but to the sinner^H2398 he giveth^H5414 travail,^H6045 to gather^H622 and to heap up,^H3664 that he may give^H5414 to him that^H6440 pleaseth^H2896 God.^H430 This also is vanity^H1892 and a striving^H7469 after wind.^H7307

for^G1063 I^G1473 will give^G1325 you^G5213 a mouth^G4750 and^G2532 wisdom,^G4678 which^G3739 all^G3956 your^G5213 adversaries^G480 shall^G1410 not^G3756 be able^G1410 to withstand^G436 or^G3761 to gainsay.^G471

it seemed good^G1380 unto us,^G2254 having come^G1096 to one accord,^G3661 to choose^G1586 out men^G435 and send^G3992 them unto^G4314 you^G5209 with^G4862 our^G2257 beloved^G27 Barnabas^G921 and^G2532 Paul,^G3972

Which things^G3739 also^G2532 we speak,^G2980 not^G3756 in^G1722 words^G3056 which man's^G442 wisdom^G4678 teacheth,^G1318 but^G235 which^G1722 the ^G40 Spirit^G4151 teacheth;^G1318 combining^G4793 spiritual^G4152 things with spiritual^G4152 [words].

For^G1063 to one^{G3739 G3303} is given^G1325 through^G1223 the Spirit^G4151 the word^G3056 of wisdom;^G1161 and to another^G243 the word^G3056 of knowledge,^G1108 according^G2596 to the same^G846 Spirit:^G4151

but^G235 for^G1223 this cause^G5124 I obtained mercy,^G1653 that^G2443 in^G1722 me^G1698 as chief^G4413 might Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 show forth^G1731 all^G3956 his longsuffering,^G3115 for^G4314 a ensample^G5296 of them that should thereafter^G3195 believe^G4100 on^G1909 him^G846 unto^G1519 eternal^G166 life.^G2222

But^G1161 the wisdom^G4678 that is^G2076 from above^G509 is first^{G4412 G3303} pure,^G53 then^G1899 peaceable,^G1516 gentle,^G1933 easy to be entreated,^G2138 full^G3324 of mercy^G1656 and^G2532 good^G18 fruits,^G2590 without variance,^{G87 G2532} without hypocrisy.^G505

The Lord^G2962 is^G1019 not^G3756 slack^G1019 concerning his promise,^G1860 as^G5613 some^G5100 count^G2233 slackness;^G1022 but^G235 is longsuffering^G3114 to^G1519 you-ward,^G2248 not^G3361 wishing that^G1014 any^G5100 should perish,^G622 but that^G235 all^G3956 should come^G5562 to^G1519 repentance.^G3341
