Purify^H2398 me with hyssop,^H231 and I shall be clean:^H2891 Wash^H3526 me, and I shall be whiter^H3835 than snow.^H7950

That the wise^H2450 man may hear,^H8085 and increase^H3254 in learning;^H3948 And that the man of understanding^H995 may attain^H7069 unto sound counsels:^H8458

Come now,^H3212 and let us reason together,^H3198 saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 though your sins^H2399 be as scarlet,^H8144 they shall be as white^H3835 as snow;^H7950 though they be red^H119 like crimson,^H8438 they shall be as wool.^H6785

And I will sprinkle^H2236 clean^H2889 water^H4325 upon you, and ye shall be clean:^H2891 from all your filthiness,^H2932 and from all your idols,^H1544 will I cleanse^H2891 you.

And they that are wise^H7919 among the people^H5971 shall instruct^H995 many;^H7227 yet they shall fall^H3782 by the sword^H2719 and by flame,^H3852 by captivity^H7628 and by spoil,^H961 [many] days.^H3117

And they that are wise^H7919 shall shine^H2094 as the brightness^H2096 of the firmament;^H7549 and they that turn many^H7227 to righteousness^H6663 as the stars^H3556 for ever^H5769 and ever.^H5703

And I will bring^H935 the third part^H7992 into the fire,^H784 and will refine^H6884 them as silver^H3701 is refined,^H6884 and will try^H974 them as gold^H2091 is tried.^H974 They shall call^H7121 on my name,^H8034 and I will hear^H6030 them: I will say,^H559 It is my people;^H5971 and they shall say,^H559 Jehovah^H3068 is my God.^H430

And^G2532 he^G846 said^G2036 unto^G4314 them,^G846 O^G5599 foolish^G453 men, and^G2532 slow^G1021 of heart^G2588 to believe^G4100 in^G1909 all^G3956 that^G3739 the prophets^G4396 have spoken!^G2980

He that is^G5607 of^G1537 God^G2316 heareth^G191 the words^G4487 of God:^G2316 for^G1223 this cause^G5124 ye^G5210 hear^G191 [them] not,^G3756 because^G3754 ye are^G2075 not^G3756 of^G1537 God.^G2316

according as^G2531 it is written,^G1125 God^G2316 gave^G1325 them^G846 a spirit^G4151 of stupor,^G2659 eyes^G3788 that they should^G991 not^G3361 see,^G991 and^G2532 ears^G3775 that they should^G191 not^G3361 hear,^G191 unto^G2193 this^G4594 very day.^G2250

And^G2532 such^G5023 were^G2258 some of you:^G5100 but^G235 ye were washed,^G628 but^G235 ye were sanctified,^G37 but^G235 ye were justified^G1344 in^G1722 the name^G3686 of the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ, and^G2532 in^G1722 the Spirit^G4151 of our^G2257 God.^G2316

and^G2532 with^G1722 all^G3956 deceit^G539 of unrighteousness^G93 for^G1722 them that perish;^G622 because^G473 they received^G1209 not^G3756 the love^G26 of the truth,^G225 that^G1519 they^G846 might be saved.^G3739

For^G1063 they^G3811 indeed^G3303 for^G4314 a few^G3641 days^G2250 chastened^G3811 [us] as seemed^G2596 good^G1380 to them;^G846 but^G1161 he^G3588 for^G1909 [our] profit,^G4851 that^G1519 [we] may be partakers^G3335 of^G41 his^G846 holiness.^G41

Seeing ye have purified^G48 your^G5216 souls^G5590 in^G1722 your obedience^G5218 to the truth^G225 unto^G1519 unfeigned^G505 love of the brethren,^G5360 love^G25 one another^G240 from^G1537 the ^G2513 heart^G2588 fervently:^G1619

I counsel^G4823 thee^G4671 to buy^G59 of^G3844 me^G1700 gold^G5553 refined^G4448 by^G1537 fire,^G4442 that^G2443 thou mayest become rich;^G4147 and^G2532 white^G3022 garments,^G2440 that^G2443 thou mayest clothe^G4016 thyself, and^G2532 [that] the shame^G152 of^G1132 thy^G4675 nakedness^G1132 be not^G3361 made manifest;^G5319 and^G2532 eyesalve^G2854 to anoint^G1472 thine^G4675 eyes,^G3788 that^G2443 thou mayest see.^G991

And^G2532 the rest^G3062 of mankind,^G444 who^G3739 were^G615 not^G3756 killed^G615 with^G1722 these^G3778 plagues,^G4127 repented^G3340 not^G3756 of^G1537 the works^G2041 of their^G846 hands,^G5495 that^G2443 they should^G4352 not^G3361 worship^G4352 demons,^G1140 and^G2532 the idols^G1497 of gold,^G5552 and^G2532 of silver,^G693 and^G2532 of brass,^G5470 and^G2532 of stone,^G3035 and^G2532 of wood;^G3585 which^G3739 can^G1410 neither^G3777 see,^G991 nor^G3777 hear,^G191 nor^G3777 walk:^G4043

And^G2532 it was given^G1325 unto her^G846 that^G2443 she should array^G4016 herself in fine linen,^G1039 bright^G2986 [and]^G2532 pure:^G2513 for^G1063 the fine linen^G1039 is^G2076 the righteous^G1345 acts of the saints.^G40

He that is unrighteous,^G91 let him do unrighteousness^G91 still:^G2089 and^G2532 he that is filthy,^G4510 let him be made filthy^G4510 still:^G2089 and^G2532 he that is righteous,^G1342 let him do righteousness^G1344 still:^G2089 and^G2532 he that is holy,^G40 let him be made holy^G37 still.^G2089
