And Abigail^H26 came^H935 to Nabal;^H5037 and, behold, he held a feast^H4960 in his house,^H1004 like the feast^H4960 of a king;^H4428 and Nabal's^H5037 heart^H3820 was merry^H2896 within him, for he was very^H3966 drunken:^H7910 wherefore she told^H5046 him nothing,^H1697 less^H6996 or more,^H1419 until the morning^H1242 light.^H216

He was despised,^H959 and rejected^H2310 of men;^H376 a man^H376 of sorrows,^H4341 and acquainted^H3045 with grief:^H2483 and as^H4564 one from whom men hide their face^H6440 he was despised;^H959 and we esteemed^H2803 him not.

And I will make drunk^H7937 her princes^H8269 and her wise^H2450 men, her governors^H6346 and her deputies,^H5461 and her mighty men;^H1368 and they shall sleep^H3462 a perpetual^H5769 sleep,^H8142 and not wake,^H6974 saith^H5002 the King,^H4428 whose name^H8034 is Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635

In that night^H3916 Belshazzar^H1113 the Chaldean^H3779 King^H4430 was slain.^H6992

For entangled^H5440 like thorns,^H5518 and drunken^H5433 as with their drink,^H5435 they are consumed^H398 utterly^H4392 as dry^H3002 stubble.^H7179

And^G2532 they come^G2064 to^G1519 the house^G3624 of the ruler of the synagogue;^G752 and^G2532 he beholdeth^G2334 a tumult,^G2351 and [many] weeping^G2799 and^G2532 wailing^G214 greatly.^G4183

Now^G1161 when^G5613 he drew near^G1448 to the gate^G4439 of the city,^G2532 behold,^G2400 there was^G1580 carried out^G1580 one^G2348 that was dead, the only^G3439 son^G5207 of his^G846 mother,^G3384 and^G2532 she^G846 was^G2258 a^G3778 widow:^G5503 and^G2532 much^G2425 people^G3793 of the city^G4172 was^G2258 with^G4862 her.^G846
