By reason of the multitude^H7230 of oppressions^H6217 they cry out;^H7768 They cry^H2199 for help by reason of the arm^H2220 of the mighty.^H7227

He will fulfil^H6213 the desire^H7522 of them that fear^H3373 him; He also will hear^H8085 their cry^H7775 and will save^H3467 them.
