If I whet^H8150 my glittering^H1300 sword,^H2719 And my hand^H3027 take hold^H270 on judgment;^H4941 I will render^H7725 vengeance^H5359 to mine adversaries,^H6862 And will recompense^H7999 them that hate^H8130 me.

He draweth^H8025 it forth, and it cometh out^H3318 of his body;^H1465 Yea, the glittering point^H1300 cometh out^H1980 of his gall:^H4846 Terrors^H367 are upon him.

In that day^H3117 Jehovah^H3068 with his hard^H7186 and great^H1419 and strong^H2389 sword^H2719 will punish^H6485 leviathan^H3882 the swift^H1281 serpent,^H5175 and leviathan^H3882 the crooked^H6129 serpent;^H5175 and he will slay^H2026 the monster^H8577 that is in the sea.^H3220

For by fire^H784 will Jehovah^H3068 execute judgment,^H8199 and by his sword,^H2719 upon all flesh;^H1320 and the slain^H2491 of Jehovah^H3068 shall be many.^H7231

And it shall come to pass, when they say^H559 unto thee, Whither shall we go forth?^H3318 then thou shalt tell^H559 them, Thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 Such as are for death,^H4194 to death;^H4194 and such as are for the sword,^H2719 to the sword;^H2719 and such as are for the famine,^H7458 to the famine;^H7458 and such as are for captivity,^H7628 to captivity.^H7628

and say^H559 to the land^H127 of Israel,^H3478 Thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth^H3318 my sword^H2719 out of its sheath,^H8593 and will cut off^H3772 from thee the righteous^H6662 and the wicked.^H7563

I have set^H5414 the threatening^H19 sword^H2719 against all their gates,^H8179 that their heart^H3820 may melt,^H4127 and their stumblings^H4383 be multiplied:^H7235 ah!^H253 it is made^H6213 as lightning,^H1300 it is pointed^H4593 for slaughter.^H2874

And though they go^H3212 into captivity^H7628 before^H6440 their enemies,^H341 thence will I command^H6680 the sword,^H2719 and it shall slay^H2026 them: and I will set^H7760 mine eyes^H5869 upon them for evil,^H7451 and not for good.^H2896
