TSK · Genesis 41:8

And they said^H559 unto him, We have dreamed^H2492 a dream,^H2472 and there is none that can interpret^H6622 it. And Joseph^H3130 said^H559 unto them, Do not interpretations^H6623 belong to God?^H430 tell it me,^H5608 I pray you.

Then Pharaoh^H6547 also called^H7121 for the wise men^H2450 and the sorcerers:^H3784 and they also, the magicians^H2748 of Egypt,^H4714 did^H6213 in like manner^H3651 with their enchantments.^H3858

And the magicians^H2748 did^H6213 in like manner with their enchantments,^H3909 and brought up^H5927 frogs^H6854 upon the land^H776 of Egypt.^H4714

And the magicians^H2748 could^H3201 not stand^H5975 before^H6440 Moses^H4872 because^H6440 of the boils;^H7822 for the boils^H7822 were upon the magicians,^H2748 and upon all the Egyptians.^H4714

And the soul^H5315 that turneth^H6437 unto^H413 them that have familiar spirits,^H178 and unto^H310 the wizards,^H3049 to play the harlot^H2181 after^H310 them, I will even set^H5414 my face^H6440 against that soul,^H5315 and will cut him off^H3772 from among^H7130 his people.^H5971

And the Philistines^H6430 called^H7121 for the priests^H3548 and the diviners,^H7080 saying,^H559 What shall we do^H6213 with the ark^H727 of Jehovah?^H3068 show^H3045 us wherewith we shall send^H7971 it to its place.^H4725

The friendship^H5475 of Jehovah^H3068 is with them that fear^H3373 him; And he will show^H3045 them his covenant.^H1285

And the spirit^H7307 of Egypt^H4714 shall fail^H1238 in the midst^H7130 of it; and I will destroy^H1104 the counsel^H6098 thereof: and they shall seek^H1875 unto the idols,^H457 and to the charmers,^H328 and to them that have familiar spirits,^H178 and to the wizards.^H3049

therefore, behold, I will proceed^H3254 to do a marvellous work^H6381 among this people,^H5971 even a marvellous work^H6381 and a wonder;^H6382 and the wisdom^H2451 of their wise^H2450 men shall perish,^H6 and the understanding^H998 of their prudent^H995 men shall be hid.^H5641

And in every matter^H1697 of wisdom^H2451 and understanding,^H998 concerning which the king^H4428 inquired^H1245 of them, he found^H4672 them ten times^H6235 better^H3027 than all the magicians^H2748 and enchanters^H825 that were in all his realm.^H4438

And it is a rare^H3358 thing^H4406 that the king^H4430 requireth,^H7593 and there is^H383 no^H3809 other^H321 that can show^H2324 it before^H6925 the king,^H4430 except^H3861 the gods,^H426 whose dwelling^H4070 is^H383 not^H3809 with^H5974 flesh.^H1321

I saw^H2370 a dream^H2493 which made me afraid;^H1763 and the thoughts^H2031 upon^H5922 my bed^H4903 and the visions^H2376 of my head^H7217 troubled^H927 me.

Then^H116 Daniel,^H1841 whose name^H8036 was Belteshazzar,^H1096 was stricken dumb^H8075 for a^H2298 while,^H8160 and his thoughts^H7476 troubled^H927 him. The king^H4430 answered^H560 and said,^H6032 Belteshazzar,^H1096 let not^H409 the dream,^H2493 or the interpretation,^H6591 trouble^H927 thee. Belteshazzar^H1096 answered^H6032 and said,^H560 My lord,^H4756 the dream^H2493 be to them that hate^H8131 thee, and the interpretation^H6591 thereof to thine adversaries.^H6146

There is^H383 a man^H1400 in thy kingdom,^H4437 in whom is the spirit^H7308 of the holy^H6922 gods;^H426 and in the days^H3118 of thy father^H2 light^H5094 and understanding^H7924 and wisdom,^H2452 like the wisdom^H2452 of the gods,^H426 were found^H7912 in him; and the king^H4430 Nebuchadnezzar^H5020 thy father,^H2 the king,^H4430 [I say], thy father,^H2 made^H6966 him master^H7229 of the magicians,^H2749 enchanters,^H826 Chaldeans,^H3779 and soothsayers;^H1505

And I, Daniel,^H1840 fainted,^H1961 and was sick^H2470 certain days;^H3117 then I rose up,^H6965 and did^H6213 the king's^H4428 business:^H4399 and I wondered^H8074 at the vision,^H4758 but none understood^H995 it.

Now when^G1161 Jesus^G2424 was born^G1080 in^G1722 Bethlehem^G965 of Judaea^G2449 in^G1722 the days^G2250 of Herod^G2264 the king,^G935 behold,^G2400 Wise-men^G3097 from^G575 the east^G395 came^G3854 to^G1519 Jerusalem,^G2414 saying,

And^G1161 certain^G5100 also of the Epicurean^G1946 and^G2532 Stoic^G4770 philosophers^G5386 encountered^G4820 him.^G846 And^G2532 some^G5100 said,^G3004 What^{G5101 G302} would^G2309 this^G3778 babbler^G4691 say?^G1161 others,^G3588 He seemeth^G1380 to be^G1511 a setter forth^G2604 of strange^G3581 gods:^G1140 because^G3754 he preached^{G2097 G846} Jesus^G2424 and^G2532 the resurrection.^G386

Let^G1818 no man^G3367 deceive^G1818 himself.^G1438 If^G1487 any man^G5100 thinketh^G1380 that he is^G1511 wise^G4680 among^G1722 you^G5213 in^G1722 this^G5129 world,^G165 let him become^G1096 a fool,^G3474 that^G2443 he may become^G1096 wise.^G4680
