Honor^H3513 thy father^H1 and thy mother,^H517 that thy days^H3117 may be long^H748 in the land^H127 which Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 giveth^H5414 thee.

And they fell^H5307 upon their faces,^H6440 and said,^H559 O God,^H410 the God^H430 of the spirits^H7307 of all flesh,^H1320 shall one^H259 man^H376 sin,^H2398 and wilt thou be wroth^H7107 with all the congregation?^H5712

If a man^H376 have a stubborn^H5637 and rebellious^H4784 son,^H1121 that will not obey^H8085 the voice^H6963 of his father,^H1 or the voice^H6963 of his mother,^H517 and, though they chasten^H3256 him, will not hearken^H8085 unto them;

In whose hand^H3027 is the soul^H5315 of every living thing,^H2416 And the breath^H7307 of all mankind?^H376

and the dust^H6083 returneth^H7725 to the earth^H776 as it was, and the spirit^H7307 returneth^H7725 unto God^H430 who gave^H5414 it.

Thus saith^H559 God^H410 Jehovah,^H3068 he that created^H1254 the heavens,^H8064 and stretched them forth;^H5186 he that spread abroad^H7554 the earth^H776 and that which cometh out^H7554 of it; he that giveth^H5414 breath^H5397 unto the people^H5971 upon it, and spirit^H7307 to them that walk^H1980 therein:

whose^G3739 are the fathers,^G3962 and^G2532 of^G1537 whom^G3739 is Christ^G5547 as concerning^G2596 the flesh,^G4561 who is^G5607 over^G1909 all,^G3956 God^G2316 blessed^G2128 for^G1519 ever.^G165 Amen.^G281

Be subject^G5293 therefore^G3767 unto God;^G2316 but resist^G436 the devil,^G1228 and^G2532 he will flee^G5343 from^G575 you.^G5216
