God^H410 is not a man,^H376 that he should lie,^H3576 Neither the son^H1121 of man,^H120 that he should repent:^H5162 Hath he said,^H559 and will he not do^H6213 it? Or hath he spoken,^H1696 and will he not make it good?^H6965

that the manslayer^H7523 that killeth^H5221 any person^H5315 unwittingly^H7684 [and] unawares^H7684 may flee^H5127 thither: and they shall be unto you for a refuge^H4733 from the avenger^H1350 of blood.^H1818

And the tidings^H8052 came^H935 to Joab;^H3097 for Joab^H3097 had turned^H5186 after^H310 Adonijah,^H138 though he turned^H5186 not after^H310 Absalom.^H53 And Joab^H3097 fled^H5127 unto the Tent^H168 of Jehovah,^H3068 and caught hold^H2388 on the horns^H7161 of the altar.^H4196

Trust^H982 in him at all times,^H6256 ye people;^H5971 Pour out^H8210 your heart^H3824 before^H6440 him: God^H430 is a refuge^H4268 for us. ^H5542

She is a tree^H6086 of life^H2416 to them that lay hold^H2388 upon her: And happy^H833 is every one that retaineth^H8551 her.

Or else let him take hold^H2388 of my strength,^H4581 that he may make^H6213 peace^H7965 with me; [yea], let him make^H6213 peace^H7965 with me.

I, even I, am he that comforteth^H5162 you: who art thou, that thou art afraid^H3372 of man^H582 that shall die,^H4191 and of the son^H1121 of man^H120 that shall be made^H5414 as grass;^H2682

And there is none that calleth^H7121 upon thy name,^H8034 that stirreth up^H5782 himself to take hold^H2388 of thee; for thou hast hid^H5641 thy face^H6440 from us, and hast consumed^H4127 us by means^H3027 of our iniquities.^H5771

Turn^H7725 you to the stronghold,^H1225 ye prisoners^H615 of hope:^H8615 even to-day^H3117 do I declare^H5046 that I will render^H7725 double^H4932 unto thee.

Heaven^G3772 and^G2532 earth^G1093 shall pass away,^G3928 but^G1161 my^G3450 words^G3056 shall^G3928 not^G3756 pass away.^G3928

But^G1161 all things^G3956 are of^G1537 God,^G2316 who^G3588 reconciled^G2644 us^G2248 to himself^G1438 through^{G1223 G2424} Christ,^G5547 and^G2532 gave^G1325 unto us^G2254 the ministry^G1248 of reconciliation;^G2643

because^G1223 of the hope^G1680 which is laid up^G606 for you^G5213 in^G1722 the heavens,^G3772 whereof^G3739 ye heard before^G4257 in^G1722 the word^G3056 of the truth^G225 of the gospel,^G2098

to whom^G3739 God^G2316 was pleased^G2309 to make known^G1107 what^G5101 is the riches^G4149 of the glory^G1391 of this^G5127 mystery^G3466 among^G1722 the Gentiles,^G1484 which^G3739 is^G2076 Christ^G5547 in^G1722 you,^G5213 the hope^G1680 of glory:^G1391

Now^G1161 our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 himself,^G846 and^G2532 God^G2316 our^G2257 Father^G3962 who loved^G25 us^G2248 and^G2532 gave^G1325 us^G2248 eternal^G166 comfort^G3874 and^G2532 good^G18 hope^G1680 through^G1722 grace,^G5485

Fight^G75 the good^G2570 fight^G73 of the faith,^G4102 lay hold on^G1949 the life^G2222 eternal,^G166 whereunto^{G1519 G1519} thou wast^{G2564 G2532} called,^G2564 and^G2532 didst confess^G3670 the good^G2570 confession^G3671 in the sight^G1799 of many^G4183 witnesses.^G3144

in^G1909 hope^G1680 of eternal^G166 life,^G2222 which^G3739 God,^G2316 who cannot lie,^G893 promised^G1861 before^G4253 times^G5550 eternal;^G166

As^G5613 I sware^G3660 in^G1722 my^G3450 wrath,^G3709 They shall^G1525 not^G1487 enter^G1525 into^G1519 my^G3450 rest.^G2663

By faith^G4102 Noah,^G3575 being warned [of God]^G5537 concerning^G4012 things^G991 not^G3369 seen^G991 as yet,^G3369 moved with godly fear,^G2125 prepared^G2680 an ark^G2787 to^G1519 the saving^G4991 of^G3624 his^G846 house;^G3624 through^G1223 which^G3739 he condemned^G2632 the world,^G2889 and^G2532 became^G1096 heir^G2818 of the righteousness^G1343 which is according^G2596 to faith.^G4102

If^G1437 we say^G2036 that^G3754 we have^G264 not^G3756 sinned,^G264 we make^G4160 him^G846 a liar,^G5583 and^G2532 his^G846 word^G3056 is^G2076 not^G3756 in^G1722 us.^G2254
