Now therefore, if ye will obey^H8085 my voice^H6963 indeed,^H8085 and keep^H8104 my covenant,^H1285 then ye shall be mine own possession^H5459 from among all peoples:^H5971 for all the earth^H776 is mine:

And he took^H3947 the book^H5612 of the covenant,^H1285 and read^H7121 in the audience^H241 of the people:^H5971 and they said,^H559 All that Jehovah^H3068 hath spoken^H1696 will we do,^H6213 and be obedient.^H8085

And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Moses,^H4872 Write^H3789 thou these words:^H1697 for after the tenor^H6310 of these words^H1697 I have made^H3772 a covenant^H1285 with thee and with Israel.^H3478

My beloved^H1730 is mine, and I am his: He feedeth^H7462 [his flock] among the lilies.^H7799

At that time,^H6256 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 will I be the God^H430 of all the families^H4940 of Israel,^H3478 and they shall be my people.^H5971

and they shall be my people,^H5971 and I will be their God:^H430

And I will give^H5414 them one^H259 heart,^H3820 and I will put^H5414 a new^H2319 spirit^H7307 within^H7130 you; and I will take^H5493 the stony^H68 heart^H3820 out of their flesh,^H1320 and will give^H5414 them a heart^H3820 of flesh;^H1320

My tabernacle^H4908 also shall be with them; and I will be their God,^H430 and they shall be my people.^H5971

Yet the number^H4557 of the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 shall be as the sand^H2344 of the sea,^H3220 which cannot be measured^H4058 nor numbered;^H5608 and it shall come to pass that, in the place^H4725 where it was said^H559 unto them, Ye are not my people,^H5971 it shall be said^H559 unto them, [Ye are] the sons^H1121 of the living^H2416 God.^H410

and I will bring^H935 them, and they shall dwell^H7931 in the midst^H8432 of Jerusalem;^H3389 and they shall be my people,^H5971 and I will be their God,^H430 in truth^H571 and in righteousness.^H6666

I^G1473 am^G1510 the God^G2316 of Abraham,^G11 and^G2532 the God^G2316 of Isaac,^G2464 and^G2532 the God^G2316 of Jacob?^G2384 God^G2316 is^G2076 not^G3756 [the God]^G2316 of the dead,^G3498 but^G235 of the living.^G2198

And^G2532 this^G3778 is my^G1700 covenant^G1242 unto them,^G846 When^G3752 I shall take away^G851 their^G846 sins.^G266

being made^G3754 manifest^G5319 that ye are^G2075 an epistle^G1992 of Christ,^G5547 ministered^G1247 by^G5259 us,^G2257 written^G1449 not^G3756 with ink,^G3188 but^G235 with the Spirit^G4151 of the living^G2198 God;^G2316 not^G3756 in^G1722 tables^G4109 of stone,^G3035 but^G235 in^G1722 tables^G4109 [that are] hearts^G2588 of flesh.^G4560

who^G3739 gave^G1325 himself^G1438 for^G5228 us,^G2257 that^G2443 he might redeem^G3084 us^G2248 from^G575 all^G3956 iniquity,^G458 and^G2532 purify^G2511 unto himself^G1438 a people^G2992 for his own possession,^G4041 zealous^G2207 of good^G2570 works.^G2041

But^G1161 now^G3570 they desire^G3713 a better^G2909 [country], that^G5124 is,^G2076 a heavenly:^G2032 wherefore^G1352 God^G2316 is^G1870 not^G3756 ashamed^G1870 of them,^G846 to be called^G1941 their^G846 God;^G2316 for^G1063 he hath prepared^G2090 for them^G846 a city.^G4172

Wherefore^G1352 putting away^G659 all^G3956 filthiness^G4507 and^G2532 overflowing^G4050 of wickedness,^G2549 receive^G1209 with^G1722 meekness^G4240 the implanted^G1721 word,^G3056 which^G3588 is able^G1410 to save^G4982 your^G5216 souls.^G5590

But^G1161 ye^G5210 are an elect^G1588 race,^G1085 a royal^G934 priesthood,^G2406 a holy^G40 nation,^G1484 a ^G1519 people^G2992 for [God's] own possession,^G4047 that^G3704 ye may show forth^G1804 the excellencies^G703 of him who called^G2564 you^G5209 out of^G1537 darkness^G4655 into^G1519 his^G846 marvellous^G2298 light:^G5457
