And they were helped^H5826 against them, and the Hagrites^H1905 were delivered^H5414 into their hand,^H3027 and all that were with them; for they cried^H2199 to God^H430 in the battle,^H4421 and he was entreated^H6279 of them, because they put their trust^H982 in him.

Were not the Ethiopians^H3569 and the Lubim^H3864 a huge^H7230 host,^H2428 with chariots^H7393 and horsemen^H6571 exceeding^H3966 many?^H7235 yet, because thou didst rely^H8172 on Jehovah,^H3068 he delivered^H5414 them into thy hand.^H3027

Show^H7200 us thy lovingkindness,^H2617 O Jehovah,^H3068 And grant^H5414 us thy salvation.^H3468

For unto us a child^H3206 is born,^H3205 unto us a son^H1121 is given;^H5414 and the government^H4951 shall be upon his shoulder:^H7926 and his name^H8034 shall be called^H7121 Wonderful,^H6382 Counsellor,^H3289 Mighty^H1368 God,^H410 Everlasting^H5703 Father,^H1 Prince^H8269 of Peace.^H7965

And the work^H4639 of righteousness^H6666 shall be peace;^H7965 and the effect^H5656 of righteousness,^H6666 quietness^H8252 and confidence^H983 for^H5704 ever.^H5769

(for they call^H7121 themselves of the holy^H6944 city,^H5892 and stay^H5564 themselves upon the God^H430 of Israel;^H3478 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 is his name):^H8034

Who is among you that feareth^H3373 Jehovah,^H3068 that obeyeth^H8085 the voice^H6963 of his servant?^H5650 he that walketh^H1980 in darkness,^H2825 and hath no light,^H5051 let him trust^H982 in the name^H8034 of Jehovah,^H3068 and rely^H8172 upon his God.^H430

Blessed^H1288 is the man^H1397 that trusteth^H982 in Jehovah,^H3068 and whose trust^H4009 Jehovah^H3068 is.

And this [man] shall be [our] peace.^H7965 When the Assyrian^H804 shall come^H935 into our land,^H776 and when he shall tread^H1869 in our palaces,^H759 then shall we raise^H6965 against him seven^H7651 shepherds,^H7462 and eight^H8083 principal^H5257 men.^H120

These things^G5023 have I spoken^G2980 unto you,^G5213 that^G2443 in^G1722 me^G1698 ye may have^G2192 peace.^G1515 In^G1722 the world^G2889 ye have^G2192 tribulation:^G2347 but^G235 be of good cheer;^G2293 I^G1473 have overcome^G3528 the world.^G2889

Being therefore^G3767 justified^G1344 by^G1537 faith,^G4102 we have^G2192 peace^G1515 with^G4314 God^G2316 through^G1223 our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ;^G5547

And^G2532 the peace^G1515 of God,^G2316 which passeth^G5242 all^G3956 understanding,^G3563 shall guard^G5432 your^G5216 hearts^G2588 and^G2532 your^G3540 thoughts^G5216 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus.^G2424
