Have the gods^H430 of the nations^H1471 delivered^H5337 them, which my fathers^H1 have destroyed,^H7843 Gozan,^H1470 and Haran,^H2771 and Rezeph,^H7530 and the children^H1121 of Eden^H5729 that were in Telassar?^H8515

Know^H3045 ye not what I and my fathers^H1 have done^H6213 unto all the peoples^H5971 of the lands?^H776 Were the gods^H430 of the nations^H1471 of the lands^H776 in any wise^H3201 able^H3201 to deliver^H5337 their land^H776 out of my hand?^H3027

How great^H1431 are thy works,^H4639 O Jehovah!^H3068 Thy thoughts^H4284 are very^H3966 deep.^H6009

For I know^H3045 that Jehovah^H3068 is great,^H1419 And that our Lord^H3068 is above all gods.^H430

Howbeit he meaneth^H1819 not so, neither doth his heart^H3824 think^H2803 so; but it is in his heart^H3824 to destroy,^H8045 and to cut off^H3772 nations^H1471 not a few.^H4592

But if thou say^H559 unto me, We trust^H982 in Jehovah^H3068 our God:^H430 is not that he, whose high places^H1116 and whose altars^H4196 Hezekiah^H2396 hath taken away,^H5493 and hath said^H559 to Judah^H3063 and to Jerusalem,^H3389 Ye shall worship^H7812 before^H6440 this altar?^H4196

neither let Hezekiah^H2396 make you trust^H982 in Jehovah,^H3068 saying,^H559 Jehovah^H3068 will surely^H5337 deliver^H5337 us; this city^H5892 shall not be given^H5414 into the hand^H3027 of the king^H4428 of Assyria.^H804

Thus shall ye speak^H559 to Hezekiah^H2396 king^H4428 of Judah,^H3063 saying,^H559 Let not thy God^H430 in whom thou trustest^H982 deceive^H5377 thee, saying,^H559 Jerusalem^H3389 shall not be given^H5414 into the hand^H3027 of the king^H4428 of Assyria.^H804

Incline^H5186 thine ear,^H241 O Jehovah,^H3068 and hear;^H8085 open^H6491 thine eyes,^H5869 O Jehovah,^H3068 and see;^H7200 and hear^H8085 all the words^H1697 of Sennacherib,^H5576 who hath sent^H7971 to defy^H2778 the living^H2416 God.^H430

But Jehovah^H3068 is the true^H571 God;^H430 he is the living^H2416 God,^H430 and an everlasting^H5769 King:^H4428 at his wrath^H7110 the earth^H776 trembleth,^H7493 and the nations^H1471 are not able to abide^H3557 his indignation.^H2195

Now^H3705 if^H2006 ye be^H383 ready^H6263 that at what time^H5732 ye hear^H8086 the sound^H7032 of the cornet,^H7162 flute,^H4953 harp,^H7030 sackbut,^H5443 psaltery,^H6460 and dulcimer,^H5481 and all^H3606 kinds^H2178 of music,^H2170 ye fall down^H5308 and worship^H5457 the image^H6755 which I have made,^H5648 [well]: but if^H2006 ye worship^H5457 not,^H3809 ye shall be cast^H7412 the same hour^H8160 into the midst^H1459 of a burning^H3345 fiery^H5135 furnace;^H861 and who^H4479 is that god^H426 that shall deliver^H7804 you out of^H4481 my hands?^H3028
