And when any^H5315 one offereth^H7126 an oblation^H7133 of a meal-offering^H4503 unto Jehovah,^H3068 his oblation^H7133 shall be of fine flour;^H5560 and he shall pour^H3332 oil^H8081 upon it, and put^H5414 frankincense^H3828 thereon:

The sacrifice^H2077 of the wicked^H7563 is an abomination^H8441 to Jehovah;^H3068 But the prayer^H8605 of the upright^H3477 is his delight.^H7522

What^H4100 unto me is the multitude^H7230 of your sacrifices?^H2077 saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 I have had enough^H7646 of the burnt-offerings^H5930 of rams,^H352 and the fat^H2459 of fed beasts;^H4806 and I delight^H2654 not in the blood^H1818 of bullocks,^H6499 or of lambs,^H3532 or of he-goats.^H6260

For I spake^H1696 not unto your fathers,^H1 nor commanded^H6680 them in the day^H3117 that I brought them out^H3318 of the land^H776 of Egypt,^H4714 concerning^H1697 burnt-offerings^H5930 or sacrifices:^H2077

Did ye bring^H5066 unto me sacrifices^H2077 and offerings^H4503 in the wilderness^H4057 forty^H705 years,^H8141 O house^H1004 of Israel?^H3478

Speak^H559 unto all the people^H5971 of the land,^H776 and to the priests,^H3548 saying,^H559 When ye fasted^H6684 and mourned^H5594 in the fifth^H2549 and in the seventh^H7637 [month], even these seventy^H7657 years,^H8141 did ye at all^H6684 fast^H6684 unto me, even to me?

Ye say^H559 also, Behold, what a weariness^H4972 is it! and ye have snuffed^H5301 at it, saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts;^H6635 and ye have brought^H935 that which was taken by violence,^H1497 and the lame,^H6455 and the sick;^H2470 thus ye bring^H935 the offering:^H4503 should I accept^H7521 this at your hand?^H3027 saith^H559 Jehovah.^H3068

For^G1063 my^G3450 yoke^G2218 is easy,^G5543 and^G2532 my^G3450 burden^G5413 is^G2076 light.^G1645
