that in blessing^H1288 I will bless^H1288 thee, and in multiplying^H7235 I will multiply^H7235 thy seed^H2233 as the stars^H3556 of the heavens,^H8064 and as the sand^H2344 which is upon the^H3220 seashore;^H8193 and thy seed^H2233 shall possess^H3423 the gate^H8179 of his enemies;^H341

For the Canaanites^H3669 and all the inhabitants^H3427 of the land^H776 will hear^H8085 of it, and will compass us round,^H5437 and cut off^H3772 our name^H8034 from the earth:^H776 and what wilt thou do^H6213 for thy great^H1419 name?^H8034

then will I cut off^H3772 Israel^H3478 out^H6440 of the land^H127 which I have given^H5414 them; and this house,^H1004 which I have hallowed^H6942 for my name,^H8034 will I cast out^H7971 of my sight;^H6440 and Israel^H3478 shall be a proverb^H4912 and a byword^H8148 among all peoples.^H5971

Let his posterity^H319 be cut off;^H3772 In the generation^H1755 following^H312 let their name^H8034 be blotted out.^H4229

For though thy people,^H5971 Israel,^H3478 be as the sand^H2344 of the sea,^H3220 [only] a remnant^H7605 of them shall return:^H7725 a destruction^H3631 [is] determined,^H2782 overflowing^H7857 with righteousness.^H6666

For my name's^H8034 sake will I defer^H748 mine anger,^H639 and for my praise^H8416 will I refrain^H2413 for thee, that I cut thee not off.^H3772

For as the new^H2319 heavens^H8064 and the new^H2319 earth,^H776 which I will make,^H6213 shall remain^H5975 before^H6440 me, saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 so shall your seed^H2233 and your name^H8034 remain.^H5975

Yet the number^H4557 of the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 shall be as the sand^H2344 of the sea,^H3220 which cannot be measured^H4058 nor numbered;^H5608 and it shall come to pass that, in the place^H4725 where it was said^H559 unto them, Ye are not my people,^H5971 it shall be said^H559 unto them, [Ye are] the sons^H1121 of the living^H2416 God.^H410

And^G1161 Isaiah^G2268 crieth^G2896 concerning^G5228 Israel,^G2474 If^G1437 the number^G706 of the children^G5207 of Israel^G2474 be^G5600 as^G5613 the sand^G285 of the sea,^G2281 it is the remnant^G2640 that shall be saved:^G4982
