TSK · Isaiah 57:5

And thou shalt not^H5414 give any of thy seed^H2233 to make them pass^H5674 through [the fire] to Molech;^H4432 neither shalt thou profane^H2490 the name^H8034 of thy God:^H430 I am Jehovah.^H3068

And Israel^H3478 abode^H3427 in Shittim;^H7851 and the people^H5971 began^H2490 to play the harlot^H2181 with the daughters^H1323 of Moab:^H4124

Ye shall surely^H6 destroy^H6 all the places^H4725 wherein the nations^H1471 that^H834 ye shall dispossess^H3423 served^H5647 their gods,^H430 upon the high^H7311 mountains,^H2022 and upon the hills,^H1389 and under every green^H7488 tree:^H6086

But he walked^H3212 in the way^H1870 of the kings^H4428 of Israel,^H3478 yea, and made his son^H1121 to pass through^H5674 the fire,^H784 according to the abominations^H8441 of the nations,^H1471 whom Jehovah^H3068 cast out^H3423 from before^H6440 the children^H1121 of Israel.^H3478

And it was so, because the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 had sinned^H2398 against Jehovah^H3068 their God,^H430 who brought them up^H5927 out of the land^H776 of Egypt^H4714 from under the hand^H3027 of Pharaoh^H6547 king^H4428 of Egypt,^H4714 and had feared^H3372 other^H312 gods,^H430

And he defiled^H2930 Topheth,^H8612 which is in the valley^H1516 of the children^H1121 of Hinnom,^H2011 that no man^H376 might make his son^H1121 or his daughter^H1323 to pass through^H5674 the fire^H784 to Molech.^H4432

Yea, they sacrificed^H2076 their sons^H1121 and their daughters^H1323 unto demons,^H7700

For of old time^H5769 I have broken^H7665 thy yoke,^H5923 and burst^H5423 thy bonds;^H4147 and thou saidst,^H559 I will not serve;^H5674 for upon every high^H1364 hill^H1389 and under every green^H7488 tree^H6086 thou didst bow thyself,^H6808 playing the harlot.^H2181

Only acknowledge^H3045 thine iniquity,^H5771 that thou hast transgressed^H6586 against Jehovah^H3068 thy God,^H430 and hast scattered^H6340 thy ways^H1870 to the strangers^H2114 under every green^H7488 tree,^H6086 and ye have not obeyed^H8085 my voice,^H6963 saith^H5002 Jehovah.^H3068

whilst their children^H1121 remember^H2142 their altars^H4196 and their Asherim^H842 by the green^H7488 trees^H6086 upon the high^H1364 hills.^H1389

A drought^H2721 is upon her waters,^H4325 and they shall be dried up;^H3001 for it is a land^H776 of graven images,^H6456 and they are mad^H1984 over idols.^H367

And ye shall know^H3045 that I am Jehovah,^H3068 when their slain^H2491 men shall be among^H8432 their idols^H1544 round about^H5439 their altars,^H4196 upon every high^H7311 hill,^H1389 on all the tops^H7218 of the mountains,^H2022 and under every green^H7488 tree,^H6086 and under every thick^H5687 oak,^H424 the places^H4725 where they offered^H5414 sweet^H5207 savor^H7381 to all their idols.^H1544

and I polluted^H2930 them in their own gifts,^H4979 in that they caused to pass through^H5674 [the fire] all that openeth^H6363 the womb,^H7356 that I might make them desolate,^H8074 to the end that they might know^H3045 that I am Jehovah.^H3068

Whoredom^H2184 and wine^H3196 and new wine^H8492 take away^H3947 the understanding.^H3820

They are all adulterers;^H5003 they are as an oven^H8574 heated^H1197 by the baker;^H644 he ceaseth^H7673 to stir^H5782 [the fire], from the kneading^H3888 of the dough,^H1217 until it be leavened.^H2556
