Now the man^H376 Moses^H4872 was very^H3966 meek,^H6035 above all the men^H120 that were upon the face^H6440 of the earth.^H127

And unto man^H120 he said,^H559 Behold, the fear^H3374 of the Lord,^H136 that is wisdom;^H2451 And to depart^H5493 from evil^H7451 is understanding.^H998

And in thy majesty^H1926 ride^H7392 on prosperously,^H6743 Because^H1697 of truth^H571 and meekness^H6037 [and] righteousness:^H6664 And thy right hand^H3225 shall teach^H3384 thee terrible things.^H3372

For my brethren^H251 and companions'^H7453 sakes, I will now say,^H1696 Peace^H7965 be within thee.

Who is as the wise^H2450 man? and who knoweth^H3045 the interpretation^H6592 of a thing?^H1697 A man's^H120 wisdom^H2451 maketh his face^H6440 to shine,^H215 and the hardness^H5797 of his face^H6440 is changed.^H8132

And his delight^H7306 shall be in the fear^H3374 of Jehovah;^H3068 and he shall not judge^H8199 after the sight^H4758 of his eyes,^H5869 neither decide^H3198 after the hearing^H4926 of his ears;^H241

The multitude^H8229 of camels^H1581 shall cover^H3680 thee, the dromedaries^H1070 of Midian^H4080 and Ephah;^H5891 all they from Sheba^H7614 shall come;^H935 they shall bring^H5375 gold^H2091 and frankincense,^H3828 and shall proclaim^H1319 the praises^H8416 of Jehovah.^H3068

Who is the wise^H2450 man,^H376 that may understand^H995 this? and [who is] he to whom the mouth^H6310 of Jehovah^H3068 hath spoken,^H1696 that he may declare^H5046 it? wherefore is the land^H776 perished^H6 and burned up^H3341 like a wilderness,^H4057 so that none passeth through?^H5674

And he changeth^H8133 the times^H5732 and the seasons;^H2166 he removeth^H5709 kings,^H4430 and setteth up^H6966 kings;^H4430 he giveth^H3052 wisdom^H2452 unto the wise,^H2445 and knowledge^H4486 to them that have^H3046 understanding;^H999

Blessed^G3107 are the meek:^G4239 for^G3754 they^G846 shall inherit^G2816 the earth.^G1093

Take^G142 my^G3450 yoke^G2218 upon^G1909 you,^G5209 and^G2532 learn^G3129 of^G575 me;^G1700 for^G3754 I am^G1510 meek^G4235 and^G2532 lowly^G5011 in heart:^G2588 and^G2532 ye shall find^G2147 rest^G372 unto^G5590 your^G5216 souls.^G5590

Brethren,^G80 even if^{G1437 G2532} a man^G444 be overtaken^G4301 in^G1722 any^G5100 trespass,^G3900 ye^G5210 who are^G3588 spiritual,^G4152 restore^G2675 such a one^G5108 in^G1722 a spirit^G4151 of gentleness;^G4236 looking^G4648 to thyself,^G4572 lest^G3361 thou^G4771 also^G2532 be tempted.^G3985

with^G3326 all^G3956 lowliness^G5012 and^G2532 meekness,^G4236 with^G3326 longsuffering,^G3115 forbearing^G430 one another^G240 in^G1722 love;^G26

Put on^G1746 therefore,^G3767 as^G5613 God's^G2316 elect,^G1588 holy^G40 and^G2532 beloved,^G25 a heart^G4698 of compassion,^G3628 kindness,^G5544 lowliness,^G5012 meekness,^G4236 longsuffering;^G3115

But^G1161 thou,^G4771 O^G5599 man^G444 of God,^G2316 flee^G5343 these things;^G5023 and^G1161 follow after^G1377 righteousness,^G1343 godliness,^G2150 faith,^G4102 love,^G26 patience,^G5281 meekness.^G4236

to speak evil^G987 of no man,^G3367 not to be^G1511 contentious,^G269 to be gentle,^G1933 showing^G1731 all^G3956 meekness^G4236 toward^G4314 all^G3956 men.^G444

Wherefore^G1352 putting away^G659 all^G3956 filthiness^G4507 and^G2532 overflowing^G4050 of wickedness,^G2549 receive^G1209 with^G1722 meekness^G4240 the implanted^G1721 word,^G3056 which^G3588 is able^G1410 to save^G4982 your^G5216 souls.^G5590

Be^G1096 not^G3361 many^G4183 [of you] teachers,^G1320 my^G3450 brethren,^G80 knowing^G1492 that^G3754 we shall receive^G2983 heavier^G3173 judgment.^G2917

But^G1161 ye^G5210 are an elect^G1588 race,^G1085 a royal^G934 priesthood,^G2406 a holy^G40 nation,^G1484 a ^G1519 people^G2992 for [God's] own possession,^G4047 that^G3704 ye may show forth^G1804 the excellencies^G703 of him who called^G2564 you^G5209 out of^G1537 darkness^G4655 into^G1519 his^G846 marvellous^G2298 light:^G5457

In like manner,^G3668 ye wives,^G1135 [be] in subjection^G5293 to your own^G2398 husbands;^G435 that,^G2443 even^G2532 if^G1487 any^G5100 obey not^G544 the word,^G3056 they may^G2770 without^G427 the word^G3056 be gained^G2770 by^G1223 the behavior^G391 of their wives;^G1135

but^G1161 sanctify^G37 in^G1722 your^G5216 hearts^G2588 Christ^G2962 as Lord:^{G2962 G1161} [being] ready^G2092 always^G104 to^G4314 give answer^G627 to every man^G3956 that asketh^G154 you^G5209 a reason^G3056 concerning^G4012 the hope^G1680 that^G3588 is in^G1722 you,^G5213 yet with^G3326 meekness^G4240 and^G2532 fear:^G5401
