and she said^H559 unto the men,^H582 I know^H3045 that Jehovah^H3068 hath given^H5414 you the land,^H776 and that the fear^H367 of you is fallen^H5307 upon us, and that all the inhabitants^H3427 of the land^H776 melt^H4127 away before^H6440 you.

And it came to pass, when Joshua^H3091 was by Jericho,^H3405 that he lifted up^H5375 his eyes^H5869 and looked,^H7200 and, behold, there stood^H5975 a man^H376 over against him with his sword^H2719 drawn^H8025 in his hand:^H3027 and Joshua^H3091 went^H3212 unto him, and said^H559 unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?^H6862

And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Joshua,^H3091 Fear^H3372 not, neither be thou dismayed:^H2865 take^H3947 all the people^H5971 of war^H4421 with thee, and arise,^H6965 go up^H5927 to Ai;^H5857 see,^H7200 I have given^H5414 into thy hand^H3027 the king^H4428 of Ai,^H5857 and his people,^H5971 and his city,^H5892 and his land;^H776

And Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 delivered^H5414 Sihon^H5511 and all his people^H5971 into the hand^H3027 of Israel,^H3478 and they smote^H5221 them: so Israel^H3478 possessed^H3423 all the land^H776 of the Amorites,^H567 the inhabitants^H3427 of that country.^H776

And David^H1732 inquired^H7592 of Jehovah,^H3068 saying,^H559 Shall I go up^H5927 against the Philistines?^H6430 wilt thou deliver^H5414 them into my hand?^H3027 And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto David,^H1732 Go up;^H5927 for I will certainly^H5414 deliver^H5414 the Philistines^H6430 into thy hand.^H3027

And he changeth^H8133 the times^H5732 and the seasons;^H2166 he removeth^H5709 kings,^H4430 and setteth up^H6966 kings;^H4430 he giveth^H3052 wisdom^H2452 unto the wise,^H2445 and knowledge^H4486 to them that have^H3046 understanding;^H999

The sentence^H6600 is by the decree^H1510 of the watchers,^H5894 and the demand^H7595 by the word^H3983 of the holy ones;^H6922 to^H5705 the intent^H1701 that the living^H2417 may know^H3046 that the Most High^H5943 ruleth^H7990 in the kingdom^H4437 of men,^H606 and giveth^H5415 it to whomsoever^H4479 he will,^H6634 and setteth up^H6966 over^H5922 it the lowest^H8215 of men.^H606

O thou^H607 king,^H4430 the Most High^H5943 God^H426 gave^H3052 Nebuchadnezzar^H5020 thy father^H2 the kingdom,^H4437 and greatness,^H7238 and glory,^H3367 and majesty:^H1923
