Thou shalt not bear^H6030 false^H8267 witness^H5707 against thy neighbor.^H7453

Keep thee far^H7368 from a false^H8267 matter;^H1697 and the innocent^H5355 and righteous^H6662 slay^H2026 thou not: for I will not justify^H6663 the wicked.^H7563

and set^H3427 two^H8147 men,^H582 base^H1100 fellows,^H1121 before him, and let them bear witness^H5749 against him, saying,^H559 Thou didst curse^H1288 God^H430 and the king.^H4428 And then carry him out,^H3318 and stone^H5619 him to death.^H4191

Thou sittest^H3427 and speakest^H1696 against thy brother;^H251 Thou^H5414 slanderest^H1848 thine own mother's^H517 son.^H1121

He that hideth^H3680 hatred^H8135 is of lying^H8267 lips;^H8193 And he that uttereth^H3318 a slander^H1681 is a fool.^H3684

He that goeth about^H1980 as a tale-bearer^H7400 revealeth^H1540 secrets;^H5475 Therefore company^H6148 not with him that openeth^H6601 wide his lips.^H8193

Take ye heed^H8104 every one^H376 of his neighbor,^H7453 and trust^H982 ye not in any brother;^H251 for every brother^H251 will utterly^H6117 supplant,^H6117 and every neighbor^H7453 will go^H1980 about with slanders.^H7400

and^G2532 they found^G2147 it not,^G3756 though^G2532 many^G4183 false witnesses^G5575 came.^G4334 But afterward^G5305 came^G4334 two,^G1417

Then^G5119 they suborned^G5260 men,^G435 who said,^G3754 We have heard^G191 him^G846 speak^G2980 blasphemous^G989 words^G4487 against^G1519 Moses,^G3475 and^G2532 [against] God.^G2316

Women^G1135 in like manner^G5615 [must be] grave,^G4586 not^G3361 slanderers,^G1228 temperate,^G3524 faithful^G4103 in^G1722 all things.^G3956
