because all those men^H582 that have seen^H7200 my glory,^H3519 and my signs,^H226 which I wrought^H6213 in Egypt^H4714 and in the wilderness,^H4057 yet have tempted^H5254 me these ten^H6235 times,^H6471 and have not hearkened^H8085 to my voice;^H6963

In all this Job^H347 sinned^H2398 not, nor charged^H5414 God^H430 foolishly.^H8604

Wherefore do the wicked^H7563 live,^H2421 Become old,^H6275 yea, wax mighty^H1396 in power?^H2428

If thou return^H7725 to the Almighty,^H7706 thou shalt be built up,^H1129 If thou put away^H7368 unrighteousness^H5766 far^H7368 from thy tents.^H168

Though while he lived^H2416 he blessed^H1288 his soul^H5315 (And men praise^H3034 thee, when thou doest well^H3190 to thyself,)

Behold, these are the wicked;^H7563 And, being alway^H5769 at ease,^H7961 they increase^H7685 in riches.^H2428

And they turned^H7725 again and tempted^H5254 God,^H410 And provoked^H8428 the Holy One^H6918 of Israel.^H3478

When your fathers^H1 tempted^H5254 me, Proved^H974 me, and saw^H7200 my work.^H6467

The wicked^H7563 desireth^H2530 the net^H4685 of evil^H7451 men; But the root^H8328 of the righteous^H6662 yieldeth^H5414 [fruit].

For all this I laid^H5414 to my heart,^H3820 even to explore^H952 all this: that the righteous,^H6662 and the wise,^H2450 and their works,^H5652 are in the hand^H3027 of God;^H430 whether it be love^H160 or^H1571 hatred,^H8135 man^H120 knoweth^H3045 it not; all is before^H6440 them.

Righteous^H6662 art thou, O Jehovah,^H3068 when I contend^H7378 with thee; yet would I reason^H1696 the cause^H4941 with thee: wherefore doth the way^H1870 of the wicked^H7563 prosper?^H6743 wherefore are all they at ease^H7951 that deal very^H899 treacherously?^H898
