who may go out^H3318 before^H6440 them, and who may come in^H935 before^H6440 them, and who may lead them out,^H3318 and who may bring them in;^H935 that the congregation^H5712 of Jehovah^H3068 be not as sheep^H6629 which have no shepherd.^H7462

And he said,^H559 I saw^H7200 all Israel^H3478 scattered^H6327 upon the mountains,^H2022 as sheep^H6629 that have no shepherd:^H7462 and Jehovah^H3068 said,^H559 These have no master;^H113 let them return^H7725 every man^H376 to his house^H1004 in peace.^H7965

My people^H5971 have been lost^H6 sheep:^H6629 their shepherds^H7462 have caused them to go astray;^H8582 they have turned them away^H7725 on the mountains;^H2022 they have gone^H1980 from mountain^H2022 to hill;^H1389 they have forgotten^H7911 their resting-place.^H7258

But^G1161 when he saw^G1492 the multitudes,^G3793 he was moved with compassion^G4697 for^G4012 them,^G846 because^G3754 they^G2258 were^G2258 distressed^G1590 and^G2532 scattered, as^G5616 sheep^G4263 not^G3361 having^G2192 a shepherd.^G4166
