And it came to pass about three^H7969 months^H2320 after, that it was told^H5046 Judah,^H3063 saying,^H559 Tamar^H8559 thy daughter-in-law^H3618 hath played the harlot;^H2181 and moreover, behold, she is with child^H2030 by whoredom.^H2183 And Judah^H3063 said,^H559 Bring her forth,^H3318 and let her be burnt.^H8313

And the man^H376 that committeth adultery^H5003 with another man's^H376 wife,^H802 even he that committeth adultery^H5003 with his neighbor's^H7453 wife,^H802 the adulterer^H5003 and the adulteress^H5003 shall surely^H4191 be put to death.^H4191

When a man^H376 taketh^H3947 a wife,^H802 and marrieth^H1166 her, then it shall be, if she find^H4672 no favor^H2580 in his eyes,^H5869 because he hath found^H4672 some^H1697 unseemly^H6172 thing in her, that he shall write^H3789 her a bill^H5612 of divorcement,^H3748 and give^H5414 it in her hand,^H3027 and send^H7971 her out of his house.^H1004

for^G1063 Herod^G2264 feared^G5399 John,^G2491 knowing^G1492 that he^G846 was a righteous^G1342 and^G2532 holy^G40 man,^G435 and^G2532 kept^G4933 him^G846 safe. And^G2532 when he heard^G191 him,^G846 he was much^G4183 perplexed;^G4160 and^G2532 he heard^G191 him^G846 gladly.^G2234

And^G1161 they said,^G2036 Cornelius^G2883 a centurion,^G1543 a righteous^G1342 man^G435 and^G2532 one that feareth^G5399 God,^G2316 and^G5037 well reported^G3140 of by^G5259 all^G3650 the nation^G1484 of the Jews,^G2453 was warned [of God]^G5537 by^G5259 a holy^G40 angel^G32 to send for^G3343 thee^G4571 into^G1519 his^G846 house,^G3624 and^G2532 to hear^G191 words^G4487 from^G3844 thee.^G4675
