But man^H120 is born^H3205 unto trouble,^H5999 As the sparks^H1121 fly^H5774 upward.^H1361

For day^H3119 and night^H3915 thy hand^H3027 was heavy^H3513 upon me: My moisture^H3955 was changed^H2015 [as] with the drought^H2725 of summer.^{H7019 H5542}

For we are consumed^H3615 in thine anger,^H639 And in thy wrath^H2534 are we troubled.^H926

Return^H7725 unto thy rest,^H4494 O my soul;^H5315 For Jehovah^H3068 hath dealt bountifully^H1580 with thee.

I have seen^H7200 all the works^H4639 that are done^H6213 under the sun;^H8121 and, behold, all is vanity^H1892 and a striving^H7469 after wind.^H7307

There is^H3426 one^H259 that is alone, and he hath not a second;^H8145 yea, he hath neither son^H1121 nor brother;^H251 yet is there no end^H7093 of all his labor,^H5999 neither are his eyes^H5869 satisfied^H7646 with riches.^H6239 For whom then, [saith he], do I labor,^H6001 and deprive^H2637 my soul^H5315 of good?^H2896 This also is vanity,^H1892 yea, it is a sore^H7451 travail.^H6045

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that the root^H8328 of Jesse,^H3448 that standeth^H5975 for an ensign^H5251 of the peoples,^H5971 unto him shall the nations^H1471 seek;^H1875 and his resting-place^H4496 shall be glorious.^H3519

Look^H6437 unto me, and be ye saved,^H3467 all the ends^H657 of the earth;^H776 for I am God,^H410 and there is none else.

For he grew up^H5927 before^H6440 him as a tender plant,^H3126 and as a root^H8328 out of a dry^H6723 ground:^H776 he hath no form^H8389 nor comeliness;^H1926 and when we see^H7200 him, there is no beauty^H4758 that we should desire^H2530 him.

to appoint^H7760 unto them that mourn^H57 in Zion,^H6726 to give^H5414 unto them a garland^H6287 for ashes,^H665 the oil^H8081 of joy^H8342 for mourning,^H60 the garment^H4594 of praise^H8416 for the spirit^H7307 of heaviness;^H3544 that they may be called^H7121 trees^H352 of righteousness,^H6664 the planting^H4302 of Jehovah,^H3068 that he may be glorified.^H6286

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 Stand^H5975 ye in the ways^H1870 and see,^H7200 and ask^H7592 for the old^H5769 paths,^H5410 where is the good^H2896 way;^H1870 and walk^H3212 therein, and ye shall find^H4672 rest^H4771 for your souls:^H5315 but they said,^H559 We will not walk^H3212 [therein].

Wherewith shall I come before^H6923 Jehovah,^H3068 and bow^H3721 myself before the high^H4791 God?^H430 shall I come before^H6923 him with burnt-offerings,^H5930 with calves^H5695 a year^H8141 old?^H1121

Yea,^G1063 they bind^G1195 heavy^G926 burdens^G5413 and^G2532 grievous to be borne,^G1419 and^G2532 lay^G2007 them on^G1909 men's^G444 shoulders;^G5606 but^G1161 they themselves will^G2309 not^G3756 move^G2795 them^G846 with^G1147 their^G846 finger.^G1147

Now^G1722 on the last^G2078 day,^G2250 the^G3588 great^G3173 [day] of the feast,^G1859 Jesus^G2424 stood^G2476 and^G2532 cried,^G2896 saying,^G3004 If^G1437 any man^G5100 thirst,^G1372 let him come^G2064 unto^G4314 me^G3165 and^G2532 drink.^G4095

For^G1063 I delight^G4913 in the law^G3551 of God^G2316 after^G2596 the^G444 inward^G2080 man:^G444

and^G2532 to you^G5213 that are afflicted^G2346 rest^G425 with^G3326 us,^G2257 at^G1722 the revelation^G602 of the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 from^G575 heaven^G3772 with^G3326 the angels^G32 of his^G846 power^G1411 in^G1722 flaming^G5395 fire,^G4442

And^G2532 the Spirit^G4151 and^G2532 the bride^G3565 say,^G3004 Come.^G2064 And^G2532 he that heareth,^G191 let him say,^G2036 Come.^G2064 And^G2532 he that is athirst,^G1372 let him come:^{G2064 G2532} he that will,^G2309 let him take^G2983 the water^G5204 of life^G2222 freely.^G1432
