And^G1161 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 that^G3754 many^G4183 shall come^G2240 from^G575 the east^G395 and^G2532 the west,^G1424 and^G2532 shall sit down^G347 with^G3326 Abraham,^G11 and^G2532 Isaac,^G2464 and^G2532 Jacob,^G2384 in^G1722 the kingdom^G932 of heaven:^G3772

Bring forth^G4160 therefore^G3767 fruits^G2590 worthy^G514 of repentance,^G3341 and^G2532 begin^G756 not^G3361 to say^G3004 within^G1722 yourselves,^G1438 We have^G2192 Abraham^G11 to^G3962 our father:^G3962 for^G1063 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 that^G3754 God^G2316 is able^G1410 of^G1537 these^G5130 stones^G3037 to raise up^G1453 children^G5043 unto Abraham.^G11

Now^G1161 when^G1492 the Pharisee^G5330 that^G3588 had bidden^G2564 him^G846 saw^G1492 it, he spake^G3004 within^G1722 himself,^G1438 saying,^G2036 This man,^G3778 if^G1487 he were^G2258 a prophet,^G4396 would^G302 have perceived^G1097 who^G5101 and^G2532 what manner^G4217 of woman^G1135 this is that^G3748 toucheth^G680 him,^G846 that^G3754 she is^G2076 a sinner.^G268

And^G2532 he^G846 cried^G5455 and said,^G2036 Father^G3962 Abraham,^G11 have mercy^G1653 on me,^G3165 and^G2532 send^G3992 Lazarus,^G2976 that^G2443 he may dip^G911 the tip^G206 of his^G846 finger^G1147 in water,^G5204 and^G2532 cool^G2711 my^G3450 tongue;^G1100 for^G3754 I am in anguish^G3600 in^G1722 this^G3778 flame.^G5395

They answered^G611 unto him,^G846 We are^G2070 Abraham's^G11 seed,^G4690 and^G2532 have never^G4455 yet been^G1398 in bondage^G1398 to any man:^G3762 how^G4459 sayest^G3004 thou,^G3754 Ye shall be made^G1096 free?^G1658

Art^G1488 thou^G4771 greater than^G3187 our^G2257 father^G3962 Abraham,^G11 who^G3748 died?^G599 and^G2532 the prophets^G4396 died:^G599 whom^G5101 makest^G4160 thou^G4771 thyself?^G4572

Symeon^G4826 hath rehearsed^G1834 how^G2531 first^G4412 God^G2316 visited^G1980 the Gentiles,^G1484 to take^G2983 out of them^G1537 a people^G2992 for^G1909 his^G846 name.^G3686

but^G235 God^G2316 chose^G1586 the foolish things^G3474 of the world,^G2889 that he might put to^G2443 shame^G2617 them that are wise;^G4680 and^G2532 God^G2316 chose^G1586 the weak things^G772 of the world,^G2889 that he might put to^G2443 shame^G2617 the things^G3588 that are strong;^G2478

For^G1063 it is written,^G1125 that^G3754 Abraham^G11 had^G2192 two^G1417 sons,^G5207 one^G1520 by^G1537 the handmaid,^G2532 and one^G1520 by^G1537 the freewoman.^G1658
