Thou shalt be hid^H2244 from the scourge^H7752 of the tongue;^H3956 Neither shalt thou be afraid^H3372 of destruction^H7701 when it cometh.^H935

Let the lying^H8267 lips^H8193 be dumb,^H481 Which speak^H1696 against the righteous^H6662 insolently,^H6277 With pride^H1346 and contempt.^H937

My soul^H5315 is among^H8432 lions;^H3833 I lie^H7901 among them that are set on fire,^H3857 Even the sons^H1121 of men,^H120 whose teeth^H8127 are spears^H2595 and arrows,^H2671 And their tongue^H3956 a sharp^H2299 sword.^H2719

He that guardeth^H5341 his mouth^H6310 keepeth^H8104 his life;^H5315 [But] he that openeth wide^H6589 his lips^H8193 shall have destruction.^H4288

A fool's^H3684 mouth^H6310 is his destruction,^H4288 And his lips^H8193 are the snare^H4170 of his soul.^H5315

He that soweth^H2232 iniquity^H5766 shall reap^H7114 calamity;^H205 And the rod^H7626 of his wrath^H5678 shall fail.^H3615

and concerning the ten^H6236 horns^H7162 that were on its head,^H7217 and the other^H317 [horn] which came up,^H5559 and before^H4481 which three^H8532 fell,^H5308 even that^H1797 horn^H7162 that^H1797 had eyes,^H5870 and a mouth^H6433 that spake^H4449 great things,^H7260 whose look^H2376 was more^H4481 stout^H7229 than^H4481 its fellows.^H2273

None So^G3779 the tongue^G1100 also^G2532 is^G2076 a little^G3398 member,^G3196 and^G2532 boasteth great things.^G3166 Behold,^G2400 how much^G2245 wood^G5208 is kindled^G381 by how small^G3641 a fire!^G4442

Because^G3754 thou didst keep^G5083 the word^G3056 of my^G3450 patience,^G5281 I also^G2504 will keep^G5083 thee^G4571 from^G1537 the hour^G5610 of trial,^G3986 that [hour] which^G3588 is^G2064 to come^G3195 upon^G1909 the whole^G3650 world,^G3625 to try^G3985 them that dwell^G2730 upon^G1909 the earth.^G1093
