And they said,^H559 Stand^H5066 back.^H1973 And they said,^H559 This one^H259 fellow came in^H935 to sojourn,^H1481 and he will needs^H8199 be a judge:^H8199 now will we deal worse^H7489 with thee, than with them. And they pressed^H6484 sore^H3966 upon the man,^H376 even Lot,^H3876 and drew near^H5066 to break^H7665 the door.^H1817

And the Spirit^H7307 of God^H430 came^H3847 upon Zechariah^H2148 the son^H1121 of Jehoiada^H3077 the priest;^H3548 and he stood^H5975 above the people,^H5971 and said^H559 unto them, Thus saith^H559 God,^H430 Why transgress^H5674 ye the commandments^H4687 of Jehovah,^H3068 so that ye cannot prosper?^H6743 because ye have forsaken^H5800 Jehovah,^H3068 he hath also forsaken^H5800 you.

And Jehovah^H3068 spake^H1696 to Manasseh,^H4519 and to his people;^H5971 but they gave no heed.^H7181

Seeing thou hatest^H8130 instruction,^H4148 And castest^H7993 my words^H1697 behind^H310 thee?

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is the beginning^H7225 of knowledge;^H1847 [But] the foolish^H191 despise^H936 wisdom^H2451 and instruction.^H4148

But ye have set at nought^H6544 all my counsel,^H6098 And would^H14 none of my reproof:^H8433

They would^H14 none of my counsel;^H6098 They despised^H5006 all my reproof.^H8433

He is in the way^H734 of life^H2416 that heedeth^H8104 correction;^H4148 But he that forsaketh^H5800 reproof^H8433 erreth.^H8582

Poverty^H7389 and shame^H7036 [shall be to] him that refuseth^H6544 correction;^H4148 But he that regardeth^H8104 reproof^H8433 shall be honored.^H3513

Howbeit I sent^H7971 unto you all my servants^H5650 the prophets,^H5030 rising up early^H7925 and sending^H7971 them, saying,^H559 Oh, do^H6213 not this abominable^H8441 thing^H1697 that I hate.^H8130

But they refused^H3985 to hearken,^H7181 and pulled away^H5414 the shoulder,^H3802 and stopped^H3513 their ears,^H241 that they might not hear.^H8085
