Then Samuel^H8050 took^H3947 the horn^H7161 of oil,^H8081 and anointed^H4886 him in the midst^H7130 of his brethren:^H251 and the Spirit^H7307 of Jehovah^H3068 came^H6743 mightily upon David^H1732 from that day^H3117 forward.^H4605 So Samuel^H8050 rose up,^H6965 and went^H3212 to Ramah.^H7414

So all the elders^H2205 of Israel^H3478 came^H935 to the king^H4428 to Hebron;^H2275 and king^H4428 David^H1732 made^H3772 a covenant^H1285 with them in Hebron^H2275 before^H6440 Jehovah:^H3068 and they anointed^H4886 David^H1732 king^H4428 over Israel.^H3478

And David^H1732 took^H3947 the crown^H5850 of their king^H4428 from off his head,^H7218 and found^H4672 it to weigh^H4948 a talent^H3603 of gold,^H2091 and there were precious^H3368 stones^H68 in it; and it was set upon David's^H1732 head:^H7218 and he brought^H3318 forth the spoil^H7998 of the city,^H5892 exceeding^H3966 much.^H7235

Who hath first given^H6923 unto me, that I should repay^H7999 him? [Whatsoever is] under the whole heaven^H8064 is mine.

We will triumph^H7442 in thy salvation,^H3444 And in the name^H8034 of our God^H430 we will set up our banners:^H1713 Jehovah^H3068 fulfil^H4390 all thy petitions.^H4862

My God^H430 with his lovingkindness^H2617 will meet^H6923 me: God^H430 will let me see^H7200 [my desire] upon mine enemies.^H8324
