Blessed^H1288 be Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of our fathers,^H1 who hath put^H5414 such a thing as this in the king's^H4428 heart,^H3820 to beautify^H6286 the house^H1004 of Jehovah^H3068 which is in Jerusalem;^H3389

At^G1722 that^G1565 season^G2540 Jesus^G2424 answered^G611 and said,^G2036 I thank^G1843 thee,^G4671 O Father,^G3962 Lord^G2962 of heaven^G3772 and^G2532 earth,^G1093 that^G3754 you did hide^G613 these things^G5023 from^G575 the wise^G4680 and^G2532 understanding,^G4908 and^G2532 did reveal^G601 them^G846 unto babes:^G3516

And from thence^G2547 the brethren,^G80 when they heard^G191 of^G4012 us,^G2257 came^G1831 to^G1519 meet^G529 us^G2254 as far as^G891 The Market^G5410 of Appius^G675 and^G2532 The Three^G5140 Taverns;^G4999 whom^G3739 when Paul^G3972 saw,^G1492 he thanked^G2168 God,^G2316 and took^G2983 courage.^G2294

First,^G4412 I thank^G2168 my^G3450 God^G2316 through^G1223 Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 for^G5228 you^G5216 all,^G3956 that^G3754 your^G5216 faith^G4102 is proclaimed^G2605 throughout^G1722 the whole^G3650 world.^G2889

cease^G3973 not^G3756 to give thanks^G2168 for^G5228 you,^G5216 making^G4160 mention^G3417 [of you]^G5216 in^G1909 my^G3450 prayers;^G4335

I thank^G2168 my^G3450 God^G2316 upon^G1909 all my^G3450 remembrance^G3417 of you,^G5216

Seeing ye have purified^G48 your^G5216 souls^G5590 in^G1722 your obedience^G5218 to the truth^G225 unto^G1519 unfeigned^G505 love of the brethren,^G5360 love^G25 one another^G240 from^G1537 the ^G2513 heart^G2588 fervently:^G1619

For^G3754 the time^G2540 [is come] for judgment^G2917 to begin^G756 at^G575 the house^G3624 of God:^G2316 and^G1161 if^G1487 [it begin] first^G4412 at^G575 us,^G2257 what^G5101 [shall be] the end^G5056 of them that obey not^G544 the gospel^G2098 of God?^G2316

For^G1063 I rejoiced^G5463 greatly,^G3029 when brethren^G80 came^G2064 and^G2532 bare witness unto^G3140 thy^G4675 truth,^G225 even as^G2531 thou^G4771 walkest^G4043 in^G1722 truth.^G225
