And Jehovah^H3068 saw^H7200 that the wickedness^H7451 of man^H120 was great^H7227 in the earth,^H776 and that every imagination^H3336 of the thoughts^H4284 of his heart^H3820 was only^H7535 evil^H7451 continually.^H3117

Who can bring^H5414 a clean^H2889 thing out of an unclean?^H2931 not one.^H259

How then can man^H582 be just^H6663 with God?^H410 Or how can he be clean^H2135 that is born^H3205 of a woman?^H802

Oh that^H305 my ways^H1870 were established^H3559 To observe^H8104 thy statutes!^H2706

Behold, I have longed^H8373 after thy precepts:^H6490 Quicken^H2421 me in thy righteousness.^H6666

Let thy hand^H3027 be ready to help^H5826 me; For I have chosen^H977 thy precepts.^H6490

For we are all become as one that is unclean,^H2931 and all our righteousnesses^H6666 are as a polluted^H5708 garment:^H899 and we all do fade^H5034 as a leaf;^H5929 and our iniquities,^H5771 like the wind,^H7307 take us away.^H5375

For^G1063 from within,^G2081 out^G1537 of the heart^G2588 of men,^G444 evil^G2556 thoughts^G1261 proceed,^G1607 fornications,^G4202 thefts,^G2829 murders,^G5408 adulteries,^G3430

That which is born^G1080 of^G1537 the flesh^G4561 is^G2076 flesh;^G4561 and^G2532 that which is born^G1080 of^G1537 the Spirit^G4151 is^G2076 spirit.^G4151

For^G1063 that which^G3739 I do^G2716 I know^G1097 not:^G3756 for^G1063 not what^G3739 I would,^G2309 that^G5124 do I^G4238 practise;^G3756 but^G235 what^G3739 I hate,^G3404 that^G5124 I^G4160 do.

Now^G1161 the works^G2041 of the flesh^G4561 are^G2076 manifest,^G5318 which^G3748 are^G2076 [these]: ^G3430 fornication,^G4202 uncleanness,^G167 lasciviousness,^G766

And^G2532 you^G5209 [did he make alive,] when ye were^G5607 dead^G3498 through your trespasses^G3900 and^G2532 sins,^G266

Not^G3756 that^G3754 I have^G2983 already^G2235 obtained,^G2983 or^G2228 am^G5048 already^G2235 made perfect:^G5048 but^G1161 I press on,^G1377 if^G1487 so be that^G2532 I may lay hold^G2638 on that for^G1909 which^G3739 also^G2532 I was laid hold^G2638 on by^G5259 Christ^G5547 Jesus.^G2424

that^G1519 ye^G980 no longer^G3371 should live^G980 the rest^G1954 of^G5550 your time^G5550 in^G1722 the flesh^G4561 to the lusts^G1939 of men,^G444 but^G235 to the will^G2307 of God.^G2316
